If unwanted applications are detected, then in the Unwanted Apps Scan Complete window, next to the unwanted application or toolbar, click Uninstall. If there are no unwanted applications detected on your computer, the message ' No Threats Found' is displayed.
When Norton Power Eraser completes the scan, the results are displayed in the Unwanted Apps Scan Complete window. In the Norton Power Eraser window, select Unwanted Application Scan, and click Run Now. Norton Power Eraser checks for and automatically downloads the new version if available. If you have already accepted the license agreement, you will not be prompted again. Read the license agreement and click Agree. Press Ctrl + J key, to open the Downloads window in your browser, and double-click the NPE.exe file.
